So yeah, i have other account and i cant login at site because appears
"For more information, please send an email to accountadmin@sgiwest.com with 7767 in the subject line. We apologize for any inconvenience."
I already sent a email to them, but they dont answer to me ( 2 weeks ago) , so yeah, i missed xmas events, i cant do RP Free, so this error is ruining my account.

 

Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

You hacked, or farmed. Wait for the answer of accountadmin@sgiwest.com.

Don't deal with this problem on the forums.

Just wait for ther response.

I have the same problem with my main acc (Assassin).

My level is 2LT 8class but i dont farm & i never used h-acks! So why i have the problem?

8th class? are you sure? isn't it the 6th?

Ye you don't hack, i see you many times. Just wait for a response from accountadmin@sgiwest.com

No, I never used hacks and never Farmed! ( im SFC )
